iTV360 Live Services Guide
iTV360 strives to provide the next level in live online entertainment. This is not just a camera on the event, it is a production team dedicated to providing the best entertainment the action sports world has ever seen. We have a team of camera professionals that specialize in action sports cinematography and strive to provide the best possible coverage in our unique arena.
Technology is also a key component to providing seamless web cast entertainment. iTV360 has deployed the most innovative wireless systems the industry has seen from point to point internet to our exclusive “Live Water Cam” using our custom engineered mesh technology.
Below outlines our base webcast package for a complete live broadcast as well as a menu of additional services that iTV360 offers to enhance entertainment and production value.
Base Webcast Production Package
The services offered below are broken down into daily rate packages. Each specific event varies in execution and will have a specific proposal for the event. Below is base pricing:
Webcast Production
Included in the iTV360 Base Package are the following mandatory features:
• 5-camera switch feed
• 2 - Land camera action sports angles complete with professional camera operators
• 1 - Dome cam for overview and lifestyle shots
• 1- Static announcer cam with fish eye view
• All graphical inserts and overlays based on event graphics
• Instant replays throughout the contest with after contest highlight clips
• Commercial and interstitial inserts throughout the event with scheduled reports
• Complete composite video feed recording of each day to DVD
• All webcast equipment and line runs
• The webcast production team includes: Webcast Director, Production Director [Switcher], Production Assistant, Technical Director and 2 Camera Professionals
• One video monitor and high quality feed for announcers
• Pre production planning and graphical inserts
• Delivery of live webcast asx file to embed into webcast template. iTV360 has an extensive website template to broadcast the events. More on this in the additional services
• Post contest reporting of all usage statistics including bandwidth, regional reports and unique visitor data
Production Team Travel Expenses
Travel expenses for the iTV360 production team will be broken down for each event as it relates to location. iTV360 will work will the event coordinator to plan all travel needs for the team. iTV360 is based out of Southern California with offices in Hawaii as well.
Webcast Delivery
Included in the event package is the delivery of the direct asx file of the live stream to the event sponsor for integration in an existing web page. iTV360 can also provide design services for a single webcast page template design with all event and sponsor branding to broadcast the event. This will be hosted on the iTV360 server. iTV360 must be provided with contest artwork in terms of logo design, poster art and t-shirt design. iTV360 also provides complete web site design services for events that feature multiple pages such as photos, videos, chat and merchandise. Networking
The integrity of each webcast event is extremely dependant on the reliability of the internet services at each event site. iTV360 will integrate one of many solutions to broadcast the event seamlessly. A high-speed internet line is mandatory and can be accomplished with a cable modem, DSL or T1 line. Each specific speed choice has different price points depending on location. iTV360 will also use and integrate existing lines available to save on costs. iTV360 will create a complete network zone at each event site including lines for all necessary parties including the Webcast Production Team, Scoring, Announcers and Media.
Audio
Event broadcast announcers are integral to a successful webcast event. There are several options for a solution to event announcers. iTV360 can provide a complete announcing team for the event or simply integrate an existing announcing crew on site. iTV360 will network and encode both announcer audio feeds as well as any potential interview cam.
Broadband
iTV360 will stream all live broadband for the complete event. iTV360 will consult with the event coordinator on all necessary broadband needs for that particalar webcast event.
Additional Services
Below is a list of additional services that can be added to your event to enhance both the broadcast production and onsite services.
Interview Camera
iTV360 recommends having an interview camera position at each event. This allows for athlete intervies and provides engaging content for the webcast. This angle can also be used to incorporate lifestyle shots as well as another action angle when interviews are being cued up.
Wireless Camera Equipment
iTV360 will provide equipment for a wireless video feed to a specific cinematographer. This is for the equipment only and does not include the camera operator.
Additional Cinematographer
iTV360 has complete production professionals ready to take care of any broadcast needs. Complete camera coverage and footage capture per day.
Additional Network Zone
iTV360 can install an additional Internet lines with the wireless network zones at each location. This can be extremely helpful for big events needing sponsor tents to have internet services. Please consult iTV360 for this service.
Direct Monitor Feed of Event
iTV360 will custom install flat screen or monitor displays at designated locations at the event site broadcasting the high quality live feed. This service can range from a 12” monitor display to a 50” plasma screen. Please consult iTV360 for details.
Creative Design Services
iTV360 will provides full service creative for events including logos, event web cast pages, banner ad campaigns and video production. Consult iTV360 for more information on these services.
Live Water Cam
